The BlueBelles are always delighted to be asked to sing at events in the local community. People often ask where we are from. There is no simple answer to this. We rehearse in Easton Royal in Wiltshire but none of the BlueBelles actually live there! Most of us hail from Pewsey, Burbage

Last month Lucy, one of our fabulous Second Alto’s, turned 40. Well so she says anyway. She doesn’t look a day over 30 so it may well be she’s just got confused. So naturally there was a party, and all the BlueBelles, along with lots of Lucy’s other friends, were invited.
It’s always a pleasure to sing. Even better in such a beautiful location with an appreciative audience! How lucky we are to be able to have arranged this Afternoon of Jazz at Marlborough Town Hall last Sunday.
Back in September, the BlueBelles were booked to sing for a couple of ‘corporate’ Christmas functions for the British Army. The first one was at Army HQ in Andover and this was followed a week later by a visit to sing for the Warrant Officers Christmas do at Buckley Barracks just on the edge of Chippenham in Wiltshire.
