Our first Christmas gig this year involved singing in the Town Hall in Calne. Earlier in the year we had performed for the Calne Spring Sing and we had such a great time, and apparently were so popular with the punters that we were invited back to take part in the Calne Christmas Festival. The
October will be a busy month for us. First we are off on our travels to Barnstaple where we will be singing with the fantastic Barnstaple Male Voice Choir. This invitation came about a year or so ago when our Musical Director, Jules, recorded the Barnstaple men and produced a CD for them.
It is always special to be asked to sing at a wedding, but even more so when it’s for one of our own! Delighted to be rehearsing for the BlueBelles wedding of the year, and wishing Hannah and Steve all the very best for their preparations. Love and kisses xxxx
The BlueBelles are ultimately not a competitive choir. Quite frankly they would rather sing for tea and cake than for a judge. Nevertheless, sometimes it’s a good idea to step outside of your comfort zone and the occasional challenge, in the form of competition, is good for them. At least this is my view.
